Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of all areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, and all vertical surfaces
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and ensure floors and surfaces are spotless
• Complete laundry tasks and make beds to guest-ready standards
• Remove all trash and ensure the property is clean and presentable
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists and schedules to ensure nothing is missed
• Report any property issues or maintenance needs to management promptly

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience, preferably with short-term rentals like Airbnb
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must own essential cleaning tools and supplies (vacuum, mop, cleaning products, etc.)
• Clear criminal background and ability to pass a background check
• Strong attention to detail, dependable, and committed to high-quality service
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
• Good communication skills and proficiency in English
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to work throughout St. Johns and Flagler county
